When used with our hand made foam filters dirt in the engine is not an option. One of the great features about this set up is after a customer has bought the cage there is no need to buy the cage again. Just reorder the foam sleeve replacement. 

This Filter is made to be a direct replacement to the OEM air filter. No modification is needed. Just throw out that paper air filter and bolt on this high performance air filter.
