Shipping Information
Our shipping provider for all purchases on NoToil.com are provided by FedEx. Their pickup & delivery policies can be found here: https://www.fedex.com/us/service-guide/. All deliveries will be filled from our manufacturing & storage location in Yuba City, CA. Some NoToil products are not available for air shipping. In the event you select air shipping with a prohibited product, the best available ground service will be selected. All domestic (US) orders over $49 without the use of a coupon or discount qualify for free shipping (with the use of the non-stackable shipping coupons). Any sponsorships or discounts provided through the use of a coupon, may increase the required purchase sub-total to be in excess of $100 to qualify for free shipping. Any orders to other countries including Mexico & Canada are subject to shipping charges.
Returns & Exchange
First 30 Days
If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after purchase, simply return all physical products we shipped to you, delete all digital video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, and ask for a full refund. You will get your money back. That’s a firm promise and commitment.
After 30 Days
If for some reason you are dissatisfied more than 30 days after purchasing using a multi-payment option (such as monthly or 3-pay), simply return all physical products we shipped to you, delete all digital video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, and ask for a refund of any part of the purchase price you have paid in the last 30 days. We will refund that portion of the purchase price.
In order to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, physical products should be shipped at your expense to the address listed below, must include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund, and the products should be in merchantable condition (i.e. we could resell them because they’re in good condition). Returned physical products are subject to a re-stocking fee equivalent to 0 percent of the purchase price.
